Broad River Consulting (BRC) is a team of experienced, competent subject matter experts representing a variety of disciplines, experiences, skills, and backgrounds within both military and civilian environments and with a shared passion for working with complex organizations.

The team’s primary goal is to assist its customers to position their products and services to compete in both commercial and military markets by helping them understand where relative military and commercial operations are headed.  This is accomplished by

• evaluating the quality and utility of new technology (asset allocation/command and control;
• focusing technology onto future military and commercial operational needs and emerging requirements;
• coordinating the transition of technology into the military and civilian market space
• assisting in developing and evaluating proposals (Red Team) for customers desiring to assess their products and services and compete for military or commercial contracts;
• hosting “situational awareness” exercises for organizations wanting to understand how tactical formations might operate in future complex environments, either military or commercial;
• and consulting with organizations on leading and managing change in complex organizations  (leader development, training).
